Why I built the State of AI
There's more AI news than any leader has time to read.
New models, new features, and new assistants arrive every week. The leaders I talk to don't lack interest. They lack time, and a trusted place to make sense of it all.
So many people learn AI alone, quietly, after hours. They try tools no one has approved and guess at what's safe. That's how shadow AI starts, and how capable people end up outside the decisions they should be leading.
The State of AI is my answer: one hour a month where we learn it together, out loud. I open the tools, narrate every choice, and we talk honestly about what it means for your people.

Before you register
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no cost to attend and no pitch marathon. It's one useful hour, every month.
When is it?
The first Wednesday of every month at 12:00 p.m. ET, live on Zoom. The credit hour runs until 1:00 p.m., then optional Q&A until 1:30.
How do I earn the 1.0 SHRM PDC?
Join live or watch the full replay. Enter the two code words shown during the session on the short check-in form, and complete the brief evaluation.
Your Certificate of Attendance then arrives by email with the SHRM activity ID, ready to enter in your SHRM recertification portal. Questions about your certificate? Email Caroline at caroline@marleynonami.com.
Do I need to register every month?
Yes. Each briefing is its own session and its own SHRM activity, so you register for each one. Once you've joined us, we'll send you each new invitation.
I didn't get my confirmation or calendar invite. What should I do?
Check your promotions or spam folder first. Still nothing? Email Caroline at caroline@marleynonami.com and she'll resend it.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway, and we'll email you the replay so you can watch it on your own time. The replay is also valid for 1.0 SHRM PDC: watch the full hour, enter the two code words shown during the session on the check-in form, and complete the brief evaluation.
How do I join on the day?
Your Zoom link is in your confirmation email and calendar invite. There's no separate Zoom registration. You'll also get reminders the day before and an hour before.
Can't find your invite? Email Caroline at caroline@marleynonami.com and she'll send it again.
Can my team join?
Yes, and please share this page. Each person registers on their own so their certificate is in their name.
